Action to approve Agreement #17-84: an agreement for voluntary right-of-way donation between Brookings County and Curtis E. Nelson.

Action to approve Agreement #17-85: an agreement for voluntary right-of-way donation between Brookings County and Curtis E. Nelson.

Action to approve Agreement #17-86: a partner agreement between Brookings County, Minnehaha County, and Lutheran Social Services for per diem to house youth in both the secure and non-secure section of the Minnehaha County Regional Juvenile Detention Center, as well as shelter care being operated by Lutheran Social Services.

Action to approve Agreement #17-87: a State of South Dakota Consultant Contract for Provision of Community Health Services between Brookings County and the South Dakota Department of Healthy, Family and Community Health, Child and Family Services.

H.

Action to approve Agreement #17-88: a lease renewal agreement between Brookings County and Den-Wil Investments, Inc. for the Community Health Nurses office space.

Action to approve and authorize Chairperson Jensen to sign a letter of support for Bennett County, South Dakota.
