The Brookings County Equalization Office will be conducting a review of Brookings City residential properties in the areas indicated in the PDF linked below, this summer. This process will begin mid-April and conclude mid-September. An appraiser will visit your property and if no one is home, a pink tag will be left. The pink tag will request that you call 605-696-8220 to schedule an appointment for review of your property. This appointment should last no longer than 15 minutes. We strongly urge you to allow our office to verify all information on each property record card for accuracy.
