BROOKINGS COUNTY SEEKS REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

Brookings County is using a Modified Qualifications-Based Best Value Selection process and is soliciting proposals from interested Architectural Services Consultants for a historic courthouse roof replacement project.

Applicants must submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) digital copy of the proposal to:

To be considered, proposals must be received by Friday, April 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM CST.  

Respondents assume the risk regarding the method of submission and Brookings County assumes no responsibility for delays caused by any delivery service.  Respondent’s failure to submit its proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be rejected.
